Feel the wonderful benefits of Lyndi's hatha yoga, mat pilates and gentle excerise classes. Classes run for 90mins with exercise, meditation and relaxation areas provided by an experienced instructor with over 35 years.
Please bring your own mat or towel to sit on and water bottle.

Every Wednesday in the Music Room from 5:30pm - 6:45pm
