Uniform Shop

The Benowa State School P&C Association operates our Uniform Shop. All items listed below are available for purchase online through Flexischools. You can order via the Flexischools website or download the Flexischools app. Sign up to Flexischools for free and you can pay by credit card, PayPal or direct deposit.

Please note that due to Education Queensland directives and COVID-19 restrictions, parents are unable to access the Uniform Shop in person.
All purchases must be made via Flexischools. Orders placed via Flexischools will be delivered to your child's classroom on completion.


All new enrolments that require uniform fitting are to arrange an appointment with the Uniform Shop. For Prep enrolments, please see below.


Benowa State School offers two uniform options in order to provide a gender- neutral option for our students. Please see the uniform requirements for each option listed below.

Uniform - Prep to Year 6 (Compulsory)

 Girls: 

  • Red polo shirt with Benowa State School emblem
  • Box pleated bottle green skort (with integrated bike shorts) or bottle green school shorts - no longer than top of knee
  • Black joggers with black laces and flat soles. Shoes are to be all black - no white or coloured stripes, soles, laces or emblems
  • White socks with Benowa State School lettering
  • Bottle green school hat with Benowa State School embroidered lettering (we have a no hat, no play policy)

  • Bottle green zippered jacked with Benowa State School emblem, bottle green tracksuit pants or bottle green ribbed tights are to be worn with the sports uniform in colder months.
     

Boys:

  • Red polo shirt with Benowa State School emblem
  • Bottle green school shorts - no longer than top of knee
  • Black joggers with black laces and flat soles. Shoes are to be all black - no white or coloured stripes, soles, laces or emblems
  • White socks with Benowa State School lettering
  • Bottle green school hat with Benowa State School embroidered lettering (we have a no hat, no play policy)
     
  • Bottle green zippered jacked with Benowa State School emblem and bottle green tracksuit pants are to be worn with the red polo shirt in colder months.


Alternative Check Uniform - Year 1 to Year 6 (Optional)

Girls:

  • Green checked dress
  • Black leather shoes or joggers with black laces and flat soles. Shoes are to be all black - no white or coloured stripes, soles, laces or emblems
  • White socks with Benowa State School lettering
  • Bottle green school hat with Benowa State School embroidered lettering (we have a no hat, no play policy)
     
  • Bottle green zippered jacked with Benowa State School emblem and bottle green tights are to be worn in colder months.


Boys:

  • Green checked shirt
  • Black leather shoes or joggers with black laces and flat soles. Shoes are to be all black - no white or coloured stripes, soles, laces or emblems
  • White socks with Benowa State School lettering
  • Bottle green school hat with Benowa State School embroidered lettering (we have a no hat, no play policy)
     
  • Bottle green zippered jacked with Benowa State School emblem is to be worn in colder months.

 

Students are required to adhere to the dress code when representing the school in competitions, performances and on excursions.

  • Bottle green duffel bag with Benowa logo (Prep only)


Prep Uniform

Our Prep students are required to wear our School Uniform with all black joggers (we recommend a Velcro closure). The bottle green duffel bag with Benowa emblem is available to Prep students only who wish to opt for a lighter school bag option.

If you are new to Benowa State School, our uniform policy and information regarding uniforms will be discussed with you at the time of enrolment. All uniform fittings for children starting Prep are by appointment only and will be arranged in Term 4 by our Enrolment Officer during the enrolment process.
