QParents

As part of our goal to be a more sustainable school, the QParents app has replaced all hard copy consent forms. No more lost forms, no more printing. All consent can be provided online through the Q​​Parents app.

Please note that all consent is sent out via the QParents app for parents to provide consent online.

By implementing this one change, it will help us eliminate over 5,000 sheets of paper! To achieve this goal, we need all of our families signed up to QParents.​ ​​​

The QParents app will:

• Help us eliminate over 5000 sheets of paper
  
• Enable parents to:
• provide consent through the app
• Pay invoices securely online
  
• View your child's account/payment history
• Access report cards
• Report an absence
• Update details

In our transition away from paper permission forms, we issue all consent requests for school based activities making QParents our preferred method for consent. Please note that paper consent forms will be phased out and only available under special circumstances.​

Other important factors to consider:

• Camp forms for Years 4 to 6 will still be paper based as extra information is required for camps.
• If your child is late to school, this app does not replace your child requiring a late slip through the office upon their arrival
  
• If your child is away, you can use QParents to register that absence and do not have to contact the school absence line
• Invitations to join QParents will only be sent to the person who currently receives invoices for incursions/excursions.
