OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR
DROP OFF AND COLLECTION OF CHILDREN

These procedures have been put in place to a ensure we have a streamlined process for drop off and collection and to avoid congestion and delays during these times. Our number one priority is your child's safety and these measures help us achieve this.

All gates will be opened at 2:50pm by one of our staff members to signal that it is time to begin entering the school grounds and wait at the collection points for your children.

High School students collecting primary school siblings are requested to wait at the school collection points, except if they are collecting a Prep sibling. In this case they are welcome to collect from the classroom. Our Years 1-6 students will be expected to move to one of the school collection points to meet up with their older brothers or sisters enrolled in high school.

A
ny prep children not collected from the classroom at end of day will be placed under supervision in the prep play area under the shelter with all other students waiting for collection.

Please Note: The Prep Playground is only open between 8:30am and 2:55pm and remains closed outside of these hours.

We provide supervision up until 3:20pm at the collection points indicated on the map below. Delaying your pick-up until about 3:10pm significantly reduces congestion at 2:55pm when our bell sounds.

The Kiss and Go collection area in the Prep car park requires the following from you:
  • A large card with your surname in large capital letters placed on the passenger side sun visor for us to view and source your child by the time you arrive.
  • Please remain in your vehicle, except of course if you need to secure your child into their seat.
  • If you wish to come into the school grounds, you cannot park in the Kiss and Go. This is a ‘No Parking’ area as traffic needs to continually move through this lane.
