To assist us in supporting you and your child, we use several applications to enable timely and effective updates between home and school.

QSchools
Use the QSchool app to access school information, events, newsletters and automatically receive important updates and push notifications on your device. QSchools is free and can be downloaded from your app store. Once installed, search for Benowa State School.

The QParents web and mobile application provides an easier way for you to interact with our school. Securely access your child’s student information, anytime, anywhere, through your phone, tablet or computer. QParents allows you to connect instantly with our school to access and manage your child’s school information, including:
- Attendance and absence details, as well as the ability to notify the school of an absence
- Behaviour information
- Academic report cards
- Viewing unpaid invoice details, payment history and making payments online
- Viewing and updating student's personal details, including medical conditions and address details
- Enrolment details
You will be provided with a unique code from our Administration team with information on how to register. Download this app for free from your App Store.

| SeeSaw
Many of our teachers across Prep - Year 2 classes use the SeeSaw app. Teachers will let you know if they are using the app at the start of the year and will send the appropriate information home for parents to connect.
This app enables our teachers to communicate directly with parents and share their child's work through their child's online portfolio as well as asigning tasks to do at home. The app is available for free from your app store.

FlexiSchools
Our P&C Association uses Flexischools to enable you to order school uniforms and tuckshop online. You can top up your Flexischools account using your credit card, bank account or Paypal account.
Flexischools is free and can be downloaded from your app store. Register and follow the instructions to setup. Please contact our P&C or FlexiSchools support if you have any questions.
