A few things I will teach the children in my yoga and iRest meditation classes-

  • I discuss stillness and how to important it is to find that regularly within themselves. We stop and feel into stillness throughout every class, with specific time at the end for more exploration.
  • I teach breathing techniques that can help in any situations, in particular if some behaviour issue may be arising within the child. 
  • I teach how important it is to tell ourselves empowering things because what we say, we become. 
  • I share how to be kind and considerate to others and to be gentle, loving and kind human beings. 
  • I teach children not to rush, as rushing is one of the greatest disruptions in our lives. The slower they go, the more they will know.
  • I teach the children how to safely and gently move their bodies, as we can all benefit from the internal and external benefits of movement. And many more gems of information!
